4TH ANNUAL INDIAN SUMMER ART SHOW

The Community Arts Council of Richmond is pleased to announce it will once again be hosting this annual event at their Artisans’ Galleria in Historic Steveston Village August 19 – September 30th.

Over 70 new works from Metro Vancouver and Vancouver Island in 2-D medium will be exhibited. The quality of this years work is exceptional and worth a visit to Historic Steveston to view.

This year will feature a people's choice award certificate for first and second place, and we are pleased that concert violinist Angela Cavadas will be on hand and playing during the reception and over 2/3 of the exhibiting artists will be in attendance to answer questions etc.

You can visit our website www.richmondartscouncil.org for more details and a quick look at some of the work that will be on display, we hope to have special ISAS 09 page set up this week.

The opening reception which will be free to the public, will be held Saturday, August 22nd from 1:00pm - 3:00pm. This reception will give the artists the opportunity to discuss their work with the public, answer questions and perhaps even get ideas for future work. There is no charge for the reception or to view the entries during the show.

We look forward with great anticipation to this, the 4th annual INDIAN SUMMER ART SHOW, at the Artisans’ Galleria, 3651 Moncton Street, Steveston BC, Open Daily 10-5
